Home to home

Our commitment is to do everything we can to help you feel at home. After all, feeling well looked after is as much about creating a sense of home as it is about providing good quality care. We’ll help you to become familiarised with the residence and its routine activities. Once settled, our management will check to find out if there’s more we can do to help you feel at home. There will always be someone with the time to sit down for a chat about anything at all, however big or small.

philosophy of care

Our aim is to provide the highest standard of care for elderly people in a comfortable and secure environment. Each individual resident’s independence and dignity is of paramount importance. All residents shall be treated as individuals. This will be achieved through establishing a flexible approach to their needs, so that each individual can be given the care that is most suited to them, taking into account personal choices and abilities. Our residents will be encouraged to make their own choices and decisions for themselves, within their capabilities.

Charter of rights

Residents will always have the right to be treated as an individual and with dignity at all times no matter what disabilities or conditions they may have. They have the right to pursue independence, responsibilities and choice as long as they do not infringe on the rights of others. Individuals will have the right to privacy in relation to one’s space, one’s own belongings and one’s own financial and personal affairs.
